With the Elachi Nursery destroyed, a previously cloaked Iconian Gateway appears and activates the Tokyo's 'Omega Protocol'. However, the Tokyo is pulled through the Gateway to appear in a strange area of space. It turns out that the Tokyo is actually inside a Dyson Sphere in the Andromeda Galaxy. However this Dyson Sphere is powered by Omega, and therefore Captain Aisaka needs to make the decision between getting home and destroying the Omega Molecule.
