An Early Night

Mission: Captains & Contraband
Location: Taiga and Ryuuji's Quarters

Taiga walked into her quarters after a long day. The Tokyo had found the ship responsible for smuggling illegal goods over the border. With the ship's crew now under arrest and the freighter being retrofitted so that they can 'Trojan Horse' it back to where it came from it was time for Taiga to get some rest and sleep.

Her hand still hurt from where she had punched the freighter captain. She unzipped her grey and black tunic and slipped it off. She threw it over a nearby seat and flopped down onto the couch. The doors to the quarters opened and Taiga's husband to be walked in.
"Long day huh" Ryuuji said as he also unzipped his tunic and threw it over Taiga's. The difference in size showed as his completely covered Taiga's.
"Could say that. That freighter captain is a right prick" Taiga said.

Ryuuji smiled as he made his way over to her. He sat down next to her and put an arm around her.
"You hit him didn't you?" he asked.
"Maybe..." Taiga responded.
"I see" Ryuuji said as he shifted Taiga onto his knees. Slowly he began to give her a shoulder massage. He could feel Taiga beginning to relax as his hands worked on her shoulders. "This Trojan Horse idea. Its very dangerous you know" he explained.
"Yeah, but its necessary" Taiga responded.
"I heard that you're determined to command it instead of Commander Daxer" Ryuuji said softly. "Is it selfish to say I don't want you to put your own life on the line?"
"What do you mean?" Taiga asked a little confused. "Who else can take the ship behind the lines" Taiga asked.

Ryuuji stopped with the massage and gently held her.
"You know that you mean the world to me. I don't want to see you hurt, especially since we've been trying so hard" he explained to her softly as his hand moved down to her belly. Gently he lifted Taiga's shirt slightly and rested his hand on the smooth skin of her belly. His index finger entered her belly button and slowly started to tickle it, one thing that always got Taiga in a certain mood.
"I know its frustrating you that we've been trying for months now and we've got nothing" he said. Taiga's hand moved to hold Ryuuji's that was on her belly.
"Yeah" her voice now sweet and soft. "But nothings happened yet. We're still Starfleet Officers and we should do whats right. I won't let this get in the way of our future plans" she explained softly.

Ryuuji hugged her tightly. He knew when his girl was being truthful.
"Want to skip dinner and have an early night?" he whispered into her ear. He embraced in her scent as he held her closely. "Plus, it would give me a chance to put something else inside your belly tonight". Taiga didn't respond, but instead she turned around and kissed him, holding his head as she did so.
"I don't mind an early night. Plus, I'm not that hungry, not for food at least" she said with a slight giggle.
