USS Tokyo Reactivation!

To all crew of the USS Tokyo!

It has been a year since I decided to put the Tokyo into Hiatus. This was because a year ago there was a lot going on in my personal life and I was finding it difficult to manage the ship. Also the fleet that the Tokyo belonged to was putting extra pressure on me to get things done.

However a lot has happened in a year. I am in a much better place now. By moving out into my own house, out of my parents house, getting a better job and starting my study for my teaching degree. This has all led to being a better environment to write.

I also understand that several of you also had real life issues going on. I didn't want to lose the fantastic stories we were writing, or our history or characters. Therefore I chose to put the Tokyo into Hiatus, rather than shutting her down, with intentions to bring her back when the time was right.

I believe that now is the right time.

I will be going through all the saved mission posts that have been sitting there for the last year. Anyones which are not needed, or can be finished I will endeavour to delete, or finish them. Then at least we can finish where we left off.

I am also giving you all the opportunity to return to the Tokyo. You can change characters and positions should you wish. The only rule is that there is no one in the spot you are transfering to. The changes will be made on February 17th, 2 weeks from this announcement.

Until then, please login or contact me to let me know you are staying on the Tokyo. If you do not wish to stay on the Tokyo, then please let me know. I will nto be offended if you wish to leave or want a fresh start. People who have not responded to me by the 17th of February will be removed from the sim, as I will presume you will not wanting to be staying.

Thankyou for being patient, and now its time for the USS Tokyo to come back to life and start writing the great stories I know we're capable of.
