The Tokyo is deployed along the Romulan Neutral Zone on a standard patrol to ease the ship back into service. However reports soon come through of illegal materials crossing the border into Federation Space. Commander Aisaka is tasked with policing the shipping lanes in and out of the Neutral Zone in order to discover and arrest any smugglers of the illegal materials. Who has been smuggling illegal materials into the Federation and can the Tokyo find who is responsible for it?
