Skin updates!

Hi,

Some updates have been made to the "STO" skin in order to fix it. The following changes were made:

* Stardate placement has been corrected in the admin control panel (visible when you login).
* The colors of the drop-down menus used when writing mission posts, personal logs, news items, and private messages have been corrected, so that the text is actually visible.
* The colors of all text input boxes have been corrected to match the rest of the skin.
* The three tabs visible from the control panel have had their text placement fixed, so it is now properly spaced, and centered.
* The login page has been completely overhauled, and repaired to make it match the rest of the skin.
