| General Overview | Considered unusually smart yet accident prone. Leo thrives in the military on missions yet is seen kinda clumsy outside of misions where his military "i'm on a mission" mindset doesn't click in. Generally caring and out going, however when messed with or betrayed you are written off, even if you are a senior officer or above him in the chain of command. If lower than him you are assigned mindless tasks until a different supervisor can be found for you. | |

| Personal History | Leo was orphaned at the age of 10 when his parents were both killed in action in a battle against the Borg in a skirmish outside of the delta quadrant, though the personal loss to Leo was great, Starfleet Recognized that the lone ship that held a borg advance long enough to allow Starfleet to send reinforncements was commanded by his parents and Starfleet Immediately took him in. At the age of 12 he was recognized by a Starfleet Marine General whom served with his father as the son of the heroic fallen via his impressive natural skills at hand-hand combat and war simulations. Since then Leo has always had something to do with Starfleet Marines. He was inducted into a Starfleet Marine Learning Academy for his skills at 16. He then spent 2 years honing in his skills on hand-hand combat and Long Range Target Removal via different under-age training camps. At 18 he enlisted in Starfleet Marine Academy and graduated top 5 of his class overall but topped his class in hand-to-hand combat and what his teacher dubbed "Sniping". After a few positions here and there, the young Lieutenant Applied for Marine Commanding Officer at the USS Tokyo, the rest as they say, is history. |
