| General Overview | Tatiana is hard working and more than a little bit of a perfectionist. She can be perceived as "cold" or "hard" but that is because she uses that as a defense mechanism to hide that fact that she is painfully shy and socially awkward. Why can't you be more like Allison?" every time she interacts with her family. Professionally, she would hope one day to achieve the rank of Commander and her "Crazy" dream is to one day lead a team for the Corps of Engineers or a team for Utopia Planeatia Fleetyards. |

| Hobbies & Interests | She has a hobby of trying to understand through building old earth tech. See has a number of small scale internal combustion engines that she is learning to build by studying the "repair manuals" and working with the pieces. She has a personal collection of holodeck programs that allow to work on several different Terran "automobiles" and "aeroplanes". Her current projects are a "1957 Chevrolet Bel Air" and a "2010 Gulf Stream 6". |
| Personal History | Tatianna is the youngest of a set of identical quadruplets. Their birth was the result of an In Vitro Fertilization treatment that worked "too well". Her sisters all were "normal" and "ribbons and bows" type girls growing up, which she definitely was not. This led to her being an "outsider" most of her childhood, as her Mother tended to dote on the sisters, and her Father always wanted boys, so she feel in a gap between the two. Her "deafness" was not discovered until she was almost three (3) years old. Before then it was thought that she was just "a slow learner". When she started school at six (6), a teaching aide at her school introduced her to the technology of her visor, and a whole new world opened up for her. Now being able to understand when people spoke to her, she had the ability to actually communicate and this allowed her to blossom into the very intelligent child she was always meant to be. Her early struggles, and the horrible teasing she endured at the hands of her young classmates left her shy and withdrawn. When she discovered mechanical science and engineering, it was obvious that she had found her true calling. She threw herself into learning everything she could, because it meant that she didn't have to interact with people so often, and her accomplishments in this field were something that none of her sisters could match. It was truly something that was her's and her's alone, which was a thing she never dreamed of growing with 3 sisters. By the time she was tall enough to see over the control panel, she was already a highly skilled shuttle pilot. Her visor and unique hearing allowed her to understand the vessel in a way that other pilots couldn't. Her senior project to graduate from Montgomery Scott Technical Secondary school was supposed to be that she built a scale model of a shuttle craft. When the judges arrived, they were shocked to find that she had rebuilt and completely refurbished a retired Starfleet "Type 15" shuttle craft, and then demonstrated that it was in working order by landing it on the parade grounds of her school. She successfully applied to Starfleet Academy after graduation. She excelled in her engineering and navigation courses, as well as the basic academics, but the sciences courses (basic medicine, astrometrics, physical sciences, etc.) proved to be her nemesis, causing her grade point average to dip and prevented her from making the Honor Corps with her fellow cadets. |
