Mission update.

To all crew

We need to work out where people are so we can progress the story.
Here's what we have so far:

1. The Tokyo was sent to find the Cassandra. We boarded her and realised things were not right when a crewmember went crazy killing another member of the away team and himself.

2. SWORD boarded the Cassandra and retrieved the intelligence data from its computer core before returning to the Tokyo safely. The Tokyo then scuttled the Cassandra.

3. (Out of character knowledge). Unbeknown to the crew, the first away team have brought back a bio-engineered virus created by the Cardassian Obsidian Order which originally infected the Cassandra's crew. However it has started to spread through the Tokyo. It has also managed to infect the Tokyos Bio-Neural gelpacks causing power failures and ship wide system problems.

4. The Tokyo is experiencing ship wide power and system problems. Main power, tactical systems, sensors, propulsion systems, communications and main computer are all offline. Life support is running on emergency backup power. We also have small reserves of auxiliary power being used to keep local computer systems up and running.

5. Captain Aisaka is heading to Engineering hoping to find out more information as bridge functions are offline or malfunctioning. Some of the turbo lifts are not going to the correct locations either, so people are getting lost around the ship.

What we need to do next:

1. Everyone please let me know where your character is, what they are doing and if they are able to assist with getting the Tokyo back online.

2. Crew will start having 'nightmares' or hallucinations of them. This is a really awesome chance for some character development exploring your darkest fears, regrets or just plain madness. Taiga has had a few, so let's get some more out there.

3. We need to fight against those nightmares and try to push past them to determine what is causing them and how to solve it. We're going to run into problems, we're going to see things that aren't there and we're going to struggle but we will push through and generate some awesome writing in the process.

I understand that a lot of this will be heavily character based, however I am looking forward to you guys coming up some awesome posts.

Activity

I hate to do this, but my goal for 2020 is to get the Tokyo back upto a good active status. Therefore I am going to ask that ALL players please either tag into a post, write a solo post or personal log or contact me within 1 week (by the 4th of December). If I fail to hear from you, depending on the situation you may be removed from the active manifests. Which I hope it doesn't come down to.

Let's get this puppy rolling again shall we?!
